Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes, orders and payments placed with AmeeStudio Design through WhatsApp, this website, or in person.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date given. After that, prices and material availability may change and a new quote may be required.
Deposits & Approval
- A 50% deposit is required to start any order.
- Written approval of the final art/design is required before production begins.
- Once final art is sent for approval, you have 48 hours to respond. Production does not start until approval is received.
Cancellations & Paused Projects
If a project is paused for more than 30 days without response or further instructions, the deposit is forfeited and a new quote will be required to resume.
The refund policy for deposits on orders cancelled before production has not started is still being finalized and will be added here.
Production Order & Timing
All times given are estimates. Orders are produced on a first-in, first-out basis. Rush jobs can be accommodated at an additional cost.
Payments
- Online payments carry an additional 3% processing fee.
- A file preparation fee applies if submitted artwork is not print-ready and requires additional work to prepare.
- Changes requested after final approval are billed at $30/hour.

Returns
Personalized products are made to order and are not eligible for return.
